CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Authorities in Cambria County say an investigation is underway after a human skull was reportedly found Thursday night near the Little Conemaugh River in Conemaugh Township.
Officials with the coroner's office say the skull was reportedly found by a fisherman around 8 p.m.
Investigators say they are focusing on identifying the remains at this time.

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa (WJAC) — Penn State football's student section took home the "Live Mas Student Section of the Year" award on Thursday at the College Football Awards show, according to Penn State football's Twitter page.
Nittanyville, Penn State's official fan account, also confirmed the accolade.

HARRISBURG -- Pennsylvania is hoping tourists will pursue happiness.
New welcome signs with the slogan "Pennsylvania. Pursue Your Happiness" are going up on the state's interstates and major highways. They'll be replacing ones that have been in place since 1997.
The first of the 37 signs were installed on Interstate 80 in Monroe County and the other was placed on I-78 in Northampton County.
