Altoona, PA (WJAC) — Authorities say an Altoona man has been sentenced to spend up to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to his involvement in the fatal overdose of a 42-year-old man last March.
David McCool was one of six individuals charged last November following an investigation into two separate fatal overdoses.

Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — Authorities in Centre County say a workshop in the Potters Mills area burned to the ground Monday afternoon after being struck by lightning.
Officials say as severe weather was moving through the area, a lightning strike reportedly started a fire at a building along McClellan Lane.
Investigators say multiple area fire departments were called to extinguish the blaze.
