WASHINGTON (AP) — An international law enforcement team has arrested a Chinese national and disrupted a major botnet that officials said he ran for nearly a decade, amassing at least $99 million in profits by reselling access to criminals who used it for identity theft, child exploitation, and financial fraud, including pandemic relief scams.

2nd UPDATE |JEFFERSON COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — Jefferson County coroner Brenda Shumaker has identified the victim of Tuesday's fatal crash along Route 219 in Washington Township, Jefferson County.
Shumaker says 68-year-old Barbera Lundberg reportedly suffered a medical emergency prior to losing control of her vehicle and crossing into the opposite lane of travel.
Police say Lundberg's vehicle collided with a pickup truck that was hauling Porta-Johns.
