Pennsylvanian identified as man fatally shot by NY trooper

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — New York state police have identified the man who was fatally shot by a trooper in Buffalo as 38-year-old James Huber of North East, Pennsylvania. Wounded Scranton Detective released from hospital

SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA CO. (WOLF) — Detective Gilmartin of the Scranton Police Department was transported from Geisinger in Scranton to a rehabilitation center in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
