LOS ANGELES (AP) — The Morissette-Treadway house has a new addition: singer Alanis Morissette has given birth to her third child, a son. The Grammy winner announced the arrival of her son, Winter Mercy, on Instagram on Monday. The post included a black-and-white photo of the boy snuggled peacefully in a blanket. The newborn is Morissette's third child with her husband, rapper Mario Treadway. The couple has another son, 8-year-old Ever Imrie, and a 2-year-old daughter, Onyx Solace. Read More...

Altoona clinical trials bring hope to patients with osteoarthritis of the knee

Osteoarthritis affects over 32 million people in the Unites States alone. While there currently is no cure, some doctors are researching ways to reverse the damage caused by this disease. The Altoona Center for Clinical Research is looking for participants suffering with knee pain or knee arthritis to participate in their clinical trials. Ashville man sentenced to decades behind bars in federal child abuse case

CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Federal authorities say a Cambria County man has been sentenced to decades behind bars after pleading guilty to sexually abusing a young child. Officials with the Department of Justice say 41-year-old Michael Sollenberger, of Ashville, will serve at least 36 years in prison after entering a guilty plea, last summer, to three counts, including the production and possession of material depicting the sexual exploitation of a minor.
