State Patty’s is a way for Penn State students to celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day, since that will be during their spring break.
Students said that they, and select others, celebrate in downtown State College while hosting visitors for the weekend.

It’s a challenging, lengthy, highway construction project building a new stretch of Route 322 from Seven Moutains into Potters Mills and the intersection with Route 144.

Last week, a decision in state court reaffirmed law enforcement's authority to do so, and that includes covering the bottom part that has the state's tourism website: visitpa.com.
The ruling came in a case where a Philadelphia driver was pulled over for having a frame that covered that website.
