JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) — Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center has a new way for you to register for the COVID-19 vaccine.
The service is through the healthcare system’s free online service called MyChart.
If you're an existing patient with Memorial, you may already have a MyChart account.
If you do not have a MyChart account, you can register for one at MyChart.Conemaugh.org.
If you meet eligibility requirements, officials at the health system say your MyChart account will notify you when a vaccination appointment is available. Read More...
