Johnstown, PA (WJAC) — The upcoming trial has been delayed for Johnstown man Brian Giles, who was charged last year in the death of his wife, Nancy Giles. Authorities confirmed Thursday that a judge has appointed a new public defender after learning that Giles' previous attorney has a "conflict of interest" in the case. Wardens seek clues after trespasser caught on camera in closed Montana wildlife area

(KECI) — Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks game wardens are seeking information on the identity of a person who trespassed on the Blackfoot-Clearwater Wildlife Management Area in mid-April. The area did not open to the public until May 15.
