NEW YORK CITY (TND) — Columbia University student Saham David Ahmed Ali experienced technical difficulties with her microphone while addressing the graduating class of the college’s Mailman School of Public Health Tuesday.
During the speech, Ali touched on subjects such as the Israel-Hamas war, reproductive services and removing New York City Police Department officers from campus.

HUNTINGDON, Pa. (WJAC) — In Huntingdon County, it’s been a busy week at the county fair.
The fair is sponsored by the county's Agricultural Association and for over a hundred and forty years, it's been a showcase for county farmers and others, especially the younger generation who are involved in agriculture related events.

JOHNSTOWN -- In a lawsuit filed with the Court of Common Pleas in Cambria County, Westmont resident Willeam Choby alleged that the Johnstown Redevelopment Authority isn't allowed to operate the sewer system, something they currently do for 20 different municipalities in the Greater Johnstown area.
The lawsuit also names Westmont Borough as requiring property owners to do expensive testing and retrofitting on their sewer lines when they move out, something the lawsuit says people in nearby boroughs and townships are not required to do. Read More...
