HUNTINGDON COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Raystown Lake have announced on Facebook that Tatman Run Beach has reopened.
According to the post, a water sample tested Wednesday showed that E. coli bacteria levels were back within the “safe” range for swimming.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers also added that bacteria levels fluctuate daily in bodies of freshwater like Raystown Lake and can vary greatly in different locations within the same body of water. Read More...
