ALTOONA, Pa. (WJAC) — Local and state leaders gathered in Altoona Thursday for the grand opening of a new PA CareerLink location inside the Altoona Area Public Library.
Officials say the new location will assist students and job seekers with finding local training and job opportunities.

Rabyah Muballigh is scheduled for a suppression hearing at Greene County Common Pleas Court on Thursday, according to online records.
